Making a Change for Good. It’s a self-help book all about how to approach personal growth with compassion and acceptance. I’d highly recommend it for anyone who feels like they’re not enough.
Weekend Article
I only just recently heard a new term called ‘Pandemic Posture’ and I’m fascinated! It is about how all of us are facing worsened posture due to our excessive time spent at home and on our computers. This article talks about the connection that poor posture has on our mood and it’s fascinating!

Outfit of the Week
This is one of my favourite dresses paired with a cozy knit sweater. It’s great for days when you want everything loose and flowy!
YouTuber to Check Out
Lavendaire came out with a great video all about what to do when you feel like doing nothing. It wasn’t like other videos out there that tell you how to get over it and push through. Instead, she gives you encouragement to slow down and just accept where you are at that moment. It’s a great video for those days when you feel completely unmotivated.

Music Discovery
For those of you who enjoy Folk Christian music, I’ve got a band for you! I’ve currently been listening to a lot of The Gray Havens. Their music involves a lot of storytelling and emotion and their voices are just beautiful!
A Podcast to Inspire You
The podcast I loved this week was all about the problem with people-pleasing. As someone who often works too hard to try to please everyone, this was a really helpful message to hear. I’m sure a lot of other people would love to hear it, too!
Product Spotlight
I’ve been talking a lot lately about the light alarm that I use to get up in the morning. I personally find it to be the most comforting and natural way to wake up every day and I’d recommend that everyone make the switch to this amazing product! You can grab yours by clicking on the link below:
